The A104TH combines a thermometer and a hygrometer on a single light ivory dial. The blue hand shows the temperature, the red one the relative humidity, allowing you to see whether the indoor climate remains comfortable or if condensation is lurking. Operates without power, in a mirror-polished stainless steel housing.
Temperature and humidity together, on a warm ivory dial.
Hang it at eye level in the living area, not in direct sunlight and not next to the heater.

• Does the VION thermo-hygrometer require a battery?
No. Temperature and humidity are measured using an analog mechanism, so no battery or power source is needed.
• How accurate is it?
The thermometer is accurate to within ±1 °C between 10 and 30 °C, and to within ±2 °C between -20 and 60 °C. The hygrometer is accurate to within ±10% relative humidity. This is more than sufficient to see if the indoor climate is heading in the right direction.
• What is the ideal humidity level?
A relative humidity of 40 to 60% is considered a comfortable benchmark. If the red needle remains above 60 to 65% for an extended period, the risk of condensation and mold increases, and it is advisable to ventilate. Use the hygrometer primarily to monitor trends, not as a source of precise measurement.
• Where is the best place to hang it?
At eye level in the room where you want to monitor the climate, away from direct sunlight and not above or next to a heater. After being moved, the instrument requires approximately one hour for the readings to stabilize.
• How do I mount it?
Screw the included mounting ring onto the wall and twist the instrument onto it. Removing it is just as easy and requires no tools.
