The Schatz Midi collection brings the same timeless class in a more compact size. With a diameter of 155 mm, this version is particularly suitable for a cabin, study, or as a stylish addition to a Royal collection. The practical front opening makes setting easy and comfortable to use. Available within the Midi series are: ship's clock (quartz), ship's clock with bell, tide clock, and barometer.

The same function as the Royal, in a size to fit where space is at a premium. 110mm white dial with classic black numerals, instantly readable without interpretation. Solid brass casing in either brass or chrome-plated brass, setting via front mounted push button clasp. 155 × 70 mm.
Compact, mechanical and direct reading. The Midi comfort meter measures temperature in Celsius and relative humidity without battery or connection. The Schatz hi-sensitive barometer builds on the classic aneroid design: familiar style, more sensitive internal mechanism, allowing you to see a weather change just a little sooner. On the traditional open dial, measurements are in hPa and mmHg; its hi-sensitive successor adds inHg. Handmade in Denmark, powered by a German aneroid mechanism. The Midi barometer measures air pressure without any power supply, features a clear white dial, and can be adjusted via the porthole opening on the front. Available with a brass or chrome-plated brass casing. Optionally available with an integrated thermometer for a more complete picture.
The Midi fits where the Royal is too large, without compromising on character. Choice of quartz battery movement or a mechanical movement with 11 jewels and an 8-day power reserve. Brass or chrome casing, 110 mm dial in Arabic or Roman numerals. Easy to set via the porthole clasp on the front.

The Midi collection has the same high quality and finish as the
Royal collection, but is more compact with a diameter of 155 mm (the Royal is 180 mm). This makes the Midi series ideal for smaller spaces such as cabins, bathrooms or compact interiors. Or if you want to place three instruments next to each other in a larger space.
Within the Midi collection, you'll find ship's clocks, tide clocks, ship's clocks with ship's bells, highly sensitive barometers, comfort meters, and hair hygrometers, available individually or as 2 or 3-piece sets.
All instruments in the Midi collection are available in high-quality solid brass or a chrome-plated version. Both variants feature a clear white dial for optimal readability. So 2 color choices.
With its 180mm size, the Royal collection is most suitable for larger walls, rooms or ships where the clock or instrument can be properly appreciated. For smaller spaces, we recommend the Midi collection
(155 mm).
Schatz is a leading manufacturer when it comes to repairs of their ship's clocks.
Mechanical movements older than 25 years can generally no longer be repaired. For mechanical clocks younger than 25 years, repair is possible in consultation. After evaluation, you will receive a quotation.
