The legend next to the glass makes this version suitable as a maritime gift for a desk or bookshelf.

A storm glass is a sealed glass tube containing liquid in which crystals form and constantly change shape. This version is set in polished brass on a wooden display, with a legend that explains five crystal forms so you can see exactly what you are looking at. It can be placed on a surface or hung on the wall; mounting accessories are included.

The legend next to the glass makes this version suitable as a maritime gift for a desk or bookshelf.

• Is this a barometer?
No, the glass shows crystal formations and does not have an air pressure scale.

• Where do I place it?
