Delivery time and shipping costs

Shipping Information
We pack your order with personal care, safely, and as quickly as possible.

Is the product in stock? Then your package usually departs from the Netherlands within 1-2 business days. We don't have it on board, we'll immediately check whether it's on its way to our warehouse in Amsterdam or whether we can have it shipped directly.

Ordered = confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately by email. If not, please let us know.

When will my order be ready for shipment?

·      Ready to ship

Products in stock will be ready to ship within 1–2 business days.

·      Made to order, quickly on board

Not in stock? Then the item is on its way to our warehouse or is ready at the manufacturer's. It usually arrives within 3–5 business days, and we will then ship it to you as soon as possible. You will always receive an update.

·      Made exclusively for you

Our pearls: made to order exclusively and therefore with a slightly longer delivery time — 7–21 business days.

·      Large transport

Ready to ship within 1–2 business days. We will then contact you to schedule delivery by appointment.

When will I receive my package?

Delivery (Europe): Allow 1–7 business days on top of the shipping time for the courier to deliver it to your door.(depending on your delivery address)

Delivery (outside Europe): 3–10 business days on average. From Amsterdam.

Track & trace: you will receive it immediately as soon as your package has been packed (in your mailbox).

One order, sometimes multiple packages

Sometimes your order comes from multiple warehouses. We try to do this as sustainably as possible. Occasionally, this means a few extra days of patience, or (preferably not, but sometimes necessary) more than one package.

Whatever happens, we'll always keep you informed if the delivery time deviates from the standard.

Made to order
"Made to order" items are made especially for you, which takes a little more time. As soon as we have a concrete shipping update, you'll hear from us immediately.

Where we deliver
Within the EU, we ship via PostNL, DHL, DPD, or GLS. Outside Europe, shipments are sent via PostNL/DHL or FedEx/UPS. Customs, transport, or a stubborn gust of wind can occasionally cause delays, but after almost 20 years of shipping, we can confidently say: we know the way.

Shipping costs
Below you will find our standard shipping costs. For larger items (such as furniture), different rates apply due to size and value. These large-sized shipments are generally only shipped within Europe.

Import Duties

We do not cover any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for imports into your country. Additional costs for returns due to customs are also your responsibility. The prices on our website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, weight, destination, and chosen shipping option and are clearly displayed at checkout.

Returns
