Bring the sea to your wall with the elegant Endurance II barometer. Featuring a distinctive open face and patented technology, the barometer measures barometric pressure with pinpoint accuracy. A fully adjustable aneroid system translates atmospheric changes into reliable information, even at altitudes of up to 3,500 feet. It exudes maritime charm with its robust porthole design and polished, maintenance-free finish. It's the perfect weather forecaster, whether you're at sea or at home. A maintenance-free, ultra-hard coating makes it scratch-resistant and weatherproof. The timeless porthole housing makes adjusting the barometer a breeze. Available in a choice of chrome-plated brass or brass finishes, the Endurance II is available in 105 (120 mm case), 115 (150 mm case), and 135 (180 mm case).

• Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently remove dust and dirt without damaging the protective layer.
• Place the hygrometer in a dry location to prevent moisture and corrosion, especially in humid environments such as boats or RVs.
• Avoid using aggressive cleaning or polishing agents that could damage the protective coating of the barometer housing.
• Calibrate the hygrometer at the start of the season, after prolonged storage, or if you have any doubts about its accuracy.

• What exactly does a barometer do?
A barometer measures atmospheric pressure. Rising pressure usually indicates better weather, while falling pressure often predicts poorer weather.

• How do I read a barometer?
Check the current air pressure and compare it with previous readings. Rapid changes indicate short-term weather changes, while slow changes indicate long-term weather changes.

• Where can I hang my barometer?
Hang the barometer out of direct sunlight and not above a heat source. Ideal locations include a prominent spot in your home, on your boat, or in a vacation home where it's easily visible.

• How do I adjust my barometer?
Check the local air pressure (for example, via a weather app) and use the screw on the back to manually adjust the hand if necessary.

• Does a barometer require maintenance?
An aneroid barometer requires minimal maintenance. Keep the glass clean and store the barometer in a safe place to prevent damage.

• Can I use this barometer at higher altitudes?
This barometer is set to sea level. Use at high altitudes, such as in mountainous areas, may require calibration to obtain accurate readings.

• Is the barometer waterproof?
Although the barometer can withstand humid environments, such as those aboard a boat, it is not a completely waterproof instrument. Protect it from direct water contact.
