Waar de ruimte beperkt is, geeft de C9 je toch een volwaardig kompas met hellingmeter. De klasse B-keuring betekent dat hij is goedgekeurd voor kleine beroepsvaart en reddingsboten.

Houd bij montage in een dun schot ruimte vrij voor de verlichtingskabel achter het kompas. Controleer tijdens de eerste tocht de koers op een bekende lijn.
