The Indic 175 comfort meter combines a thermometer and hygrometer on a 150 mm dial, featuring a comfort zone that indicates when temperature and humidity are optimal. Suitable for home, boat, camper, or holiday home, to see when ventilation or heating is required. The 175 mm casing is available in chrome or gold-plated finishes.

• What makes a comfort meter suitable for use on board?
This combined thermometer and hygrometer is specifically designed for marine use. It's constructed of durable, moisture-resistant materials like aluminum and features a gold- or chrome-plated finish.
• Why do I use a comfort meter on board?
A hygrometer allows you to monitor the humidity on board. If the humidity is too high, you can take timely measures to prevent mold and other moisture problems. Combined with a thermometer, you can maintain a comfortable and healthy climate on board.
• Can I place a comfort meter on the outside of my boat?
No, these comfort meters are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend special outdoor maritime instruments that can withstand direct sunlight, moisture, and fluctuating temperatures.
• Where can I hang my comfort meter?
Hang the comfort meter out of direct sunlight and not above a heat source. Ideal locations include a prominent spot in your home, on your boat, or in a vacation home where it's easily visible.
This instrument is calibrated to sea level as standard and is accurate up to approximately 800–900 meters in altitude. Would you like to use the instrument at a higher altitude?
