• What exactly does "hi-sensitive" mean? The measuring mechanism is more sensitively adjusted than a standard aneroid barometer. This allows small changes in air pressure to be read sooner and more clearly; it is precisely this early trend that predicts a change in weather.
• Is this the replacement for the classic aneroid barometer? Yes. The classic version will only be available on request from mid-2026; the hi-sensitive is the direct successor in the same casing and style, with an improved internal mechanism. So, the appearance on the wall remains familiar.
• What do hPa, mmHg and inHg on the dial mean?
