is the cup suitable for a single or double espresso?
It is the size of a single espresso, as small is the intention of this set. However, a double shot of about 60 ml fits in it perfectly as well. If you are looking for something for coffee with milk or a cappuccino, then look at the 210 ml from the same series which is 8 cm high.
Why melamine and not porcelain?
Because it falls. On board, in a pitching sea, the contents of a cabinet fly out, and then you want to hear cups bounce instead of break.
